Our Day of Wedding Coordination Package includes:
Initial consultation and ongoing advice from the moment you book
One site visit (if needed) prior to your rehearsal
Attendance at your wedding rehearsal (up to 1.5 hours)
Managing last-minute tasks, such as filling ice buckets, distributing cake, and ensuring all vendors are taken care of
Offering support to the bridal party and family as needed
Ensuring the bridal party has a drink in hand and is enjoying every moment of the celebration
Addressing any issues or crises that may arise, ensuring smooth problem-solving
Assisting the photographer to ensure smooth photo sessions and timing
Coordinating with entertainment and MC for bridal party entrances, speeches, cake cutting, and the first dance
Managing the transition from ceremony to reception, including venue flip if needed
Overseeing setup, styling, and delivery of items, including signage, guest books, gifts, and miscellaneous items
Coordinating the bridal party, cueing musicians, and directing the ceremony flow
Creation and distribution of a personalized run sheet to your suppliers, bridal party, and key members
Main point of contact for vendors, guests, and family on the day, addressing any questions or concerns
Communication with all contracted vendors 14–21 days before the wedding
Up to 10 hours of coordination on the day of the event
One team member present on the day to provide full support
Ensuring all important wedding materials, memories, and gifts are collected and returned to you
